WHO IS THE CULBERTSON TEAM?
Jason Culbertson is your licensed Realtor serving the Johnson county area in Kansas. His wife Susanna is also in real estate as the Millionaire Real Estate Virtual Assistant, assisting Jason as his transaction coordinator. She is available to help make any and all aspects of buying or listing a house or commercial property easier and a little more fun. Jason and Susanna are the proud parents of seven children. To really understand who The Culbertson Team is you have to look at the values they hold dear. These are the values they believe in and teach their children. The first of which is living The Law of Attraction. Not only do the Culbertson’s believe and live the law of attraction they teach their children to know it is our thoughts and feelings that create our lives. Using your thoughts to build the life you want is taught to the entire family from an early age.
On top of this, an attitude of gratitude is the prevalent attitude for The Culbertson Team. The Culbertsons understand only by being grateful for what they already have will they be given more. It’s not all “airy fairy” teachings in the Culbertson home though, kids are taught early to understand the ways of business and to effectively manage problems in the real world. Teaching the kids morals and values, what is right and wrong is important to Jason and Susanna. They know if these values are instilled early in life their kids will be ready to take over the family business when the time comes. They know having been raised with these family values the kids will continue to run The Culbertson Team in the positive and effective way their parents have begun. If you haven’t guessed, family is the core value of The Culbertson Team. This value shows up at family dinners as well as story time with Daddy before bed. It goes so far beyond that, it encompasses their whole business philosophy. The Culbertson Team has been serving Leawood, Overland Park, Olathe and surrounding areas since 2002. Jason Culbertson is familiar with the ins and outs of the area, the schools, the neighborhoods, and all the other things people look for when buying a house. He has grown up in the area and not only works in the community, but is part of it.
